Where we deliver
We currently deliver to Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal and Spain.
How delivery is priced
European delivery is priced by the size and weight of your panel, based on the band your order falls into:

Orders that exceed the weight allowance for their band are charged €1 per additional kg.

Delivery takes 5–7 working days.
Customs, import taxes and VAT
Our checkout meets EU customs and import requirements in full, so there are no surprises once your order ships. At checkout, you can choose how import taxes and duties are handled:
- Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) — we collect and pay all import taxes and duties on your behalf. Your order arrives at your door with nothing more to pay.
- Delivered At Place (DAP) — available to businesses with an EORI number. You act as the importer of record and settle any import VAT and duties directly.
Frequently asked questions
Yes. Simply Plastics will send you an email when your order has been dispatched. If your shipment is trackable the email will contain tracking details and a link to the delivery couriers website, where you can track the progress of the shipment.

Yes, of course. Orders can be collected from our premises in Colchester, Essex. At the final stage of the checkout process there is a delivery option labelled "Collection/pickup" which is free. Once your order is complete, you will be notified by email along with our address and collection times.
Once your order is dispatched you will be notified by email. This will include your tracking information and courier details.
Occasionally, we may send an order in separate deliveries so that goods are received as quickly as possible. You will receive a confirmation email when any remaining items are sent out for delivery.
Yes of course, we can deliver to either your residential address or the address of your place of work. However, please ensure someone will be available to take receipt of the goods as the courier will deliver to the place not than the person.
We take every care to package orders appropriately to ensure the safe arrival of your orders but accidents can happen.
Please check your delivery while in the presence of the delivery person, if you notice damage please refuse receipt and notify us immediately. If you do not notice the damage until after the delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please keep the original packaging in case a return is required.
