We regularly supply acrylic and plastic materials for exhibition stands and displays. We do this via specialist exhibition design and build companies, or by working directly with companies and brands who produce their own stands/furniture/displays in-house.

Strong, durable and cost-effective, plastic is ideally suited to a wide range of uses within the exhibition and trade show sectors. For example, acrylic is often the first choice for signage and display, although thanks to its strength and impact resistance, it’s also a popular – and safer – alternative to traditional glass glazing. Acrylic sheets are far more tolerant to pressure than panes of glass, which means they are much less likely to break or shatter – an important Health & Safety consideration for busy, high-footfall exhibition environments.

Companies require exhibition materials that accurately represent their brands and product portfolio. They also need stand designs and promotional materials that instantly attract the attention of potential customers, to maximise growth and new business development opportunities. We stock a wide range of materials that allow both creativity and flexibility within stand design and build. Acrylic and aluminium composite are popular choices for manufacturing rigid structures, whereas PVC foamboard is often used to display print. Polycarbonate is usually the material of choice where a high fire rating is required.

Exhibition stands vary significantly in terms of size, design and duration of use. Some are needed for just a single show, whereas others will be needed for multiple events – which means they must be durable enough for break down, transportation and rebuilding.

Our Perspex acrylic, for example, is 100% recyclable, and each sheet contains recycled monomer waste that is collected during production and returned to the manufacturing line – all of which helps to create a more sustainable environment.

We stock an extensive range of UK-made plastic products and materials, including Perspex, regarded as the highest grade acrylic available. Perspex sheets are available in many different colours and finishes including clear, coloured, cast, extruded and mirrored. We are also a Perspex-approved fabricator, and offer a variety of different fabrication and machining services, including CNC routing, laser cutting/engraving, line bending and edge polishing.

Our expert team are always on hand to advise on the best materials to choose, according to their intended use. Our skilled CAD technicians are available to assist with creating technical drawings.
